Mabrouk is made by a very small team. Email is the fastest way to reach a human, and every message is read.
Reporting something in an event
Every message, post, photo and comment in Mabrouk can be reported from inside the app — tap it and choose Report. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and content that breaks the rules is removed. You can also block someone, which hides their contributions from you and yours from them.
If something is urgent — particularly anything involving a child's safety — email the address above with "URGENT" in the subject line rather than waiting on the in-app queue.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account in the app. See deleting your account for what that removes and what we keep.
Something went wrong with a gift
Gifts are processed by Stripe. If a payment failed, was charged twice, or needs a refund, email us with the date and amount and we will trace it. We do not hold your card details at any point.
